Then, when your jewellery is finished, putting down the tools and allowing yourself to simply be.
Silver + Sound is an intimate evening designed to bring together creativity and calm, a little space away from the noise of everyday life.

CREATE SOMETHING WITH MEANING
Your afternoon begins with a piece of silver and an idea.
Maybe there's a word you need right now. An affirmation you want to remember. A name, symbol or little reminder you want to keep close.
You'll choose your stamps and create your own personalised silver cuff bangle, with Caroline guiding you through every step.
No previous jewellery-making experience needed.
Just come with an open mind and let the process unfold.
THE SOUND BATH
FROM MAKING TO STILLNESS
Once your jewellery is finished, the hammers go down and the pace changes.
Abbi will guide you into a beautiful sound bath, creating space to breathe, soften and let the outside world fade away for a while.
The sounds, vibrations and stillness invite you to reconnect with your body and your senses, giving you permission to simply stop doing and start being.
THE EXPERIENCE
A LITTLE TIME JUST FOR YOU
Silver + Sound is a chance to slow down, get creative and reconnect with yourself.
We’ll begin with the wonderfully tactile process of hand stamping, creating your own personalised silver cuff bangle. Choose a word, affirmation, symbol or little reminder that you want to hold close, then bring it to life in silver with your own hands.
There’s something grounding about the whole process — the feel of the metal, the focus of choosing your stamps and the satisfying rhythm of making your mark.
Once your jewellery is finished, we’ll leave the tools behind and move into stillness, with a beautiful guided sound bath with Abbi.
From making to meditation, intention to stillness, this is an evening designed to engage your senses, quieten the noise and give you some much-needed time for you.

We’ve intentionally kept Silver + Sound intimate, with just six places available.
A small group means space to breathe, create without rushing and fully immerse yourself in the experience, from your first tap of the hammer to the final note of the sound bath.
